  In light of the BOC's aim to provide efficient and fast-paced service by way of e-commerce, the BOC continues to undergo consultations and formed subsequent partnerships with telecommunications, IT, as well as other private firms engaging in customs-related activities.

The roster of BOC's partners consists of entities tagged as the leaders of their respective industries.

Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI)
  The country’s premier port operator and logistics provider, committed to deliver world-class services related to port and logistics operations for containers and cargoes. In line with the BOC's computerization efforts, ATI advocates the full automation of customs transactions via the elevation of import cargo clearance procedures at the South Harbor and ATI Logistics (its commercial logistics unit in Calamba, Laguna that serves third-party and end-to-end supply chain management), the improvement of port infrastructure, and the deployment of IT solutions. ATI operates in four of the country’s major international seaports: the South Harbor at the Port of Manila, the Port of Batangas, the Mariveles Grain Terminal in Bataan, and the Port of General Santos City.
